only way to drain tank on f250 is to a, syphon fuel and remove tank b, disconect fuel supply line at tank
on top of the engine there is to caps its the larger of the two the smaller one is the secondary fuel filter. Remove the cap the oil filter is inside.

You will have to remove the fuel tank or disconnect the bed and slide it back far enough to access the pump.
there is no plug wires it is COP Coil on plug remove the 7mm bolt and connector a pull up coil it is the blk round thing in the cylinder head by the fuel rails about the size of a fifty cent peice about 2in tall.

Remove the gas cap. Unless there is a Schroeder valve on the fuel rail, you will just have to remove the fuel line at the fuel filter to relieve pressure. Wrap the connection with a rag while removing it and be prepared for the spray.
