Hydraulic fill is on top of the transmission but be sure to remove both drain plugs at the trans and back end as they are connected before refilling.
Just behind the PTO-lever. You remove the cover and then its possible, with some patience, to shift it.
to the left of the gear lever is a cap with a 1 1/16 bolt head on it. remove that cap and fill there. To check the level the is a small dipstick under the lift on the frame.
on mine all I did was pry up on both sides of the knob and it pops right out
Remove the breather cap at rear of tractor, on the left side of the PTO it pulls straight out. It has a dipstick on it. You should be able to add fluid there as well.
There is a square head plug on the left side just in front of the clutch pedal. When you remove it there will be a dipstick attached to it.
it's under the black mesh screen between your feet as your sitting on the machine. you have to remove the gray plastic from the dash to the floor 6 screws per side
Filter needs cleaning filter needs changing and also hydraulic oil. on my 1975 830 their is also a strainer that needs to be cleaned with diesel fuel. it is under the tractor and has a allen head that you take loose to remove it.
Open the mill and remove and replace the screen. You shouldn't need any tools as the mill lid is held in place by a couple of t-bolts - one on each side.
There are small clips on the end of the rods. You have to remove the clips and then you can remove the hydraulic rods.
Remove screw that lowers jack
A long pin in front of tractor. Remove this and the retainer pin above the lower pin. Its off.
