To remove linseed oil from clothes without fading the color it is a good idea to soak up as much of the oil as possible before laundering. Take the clothing item and place in a plastic bag with cotton balls taped to the stains. Close the bag and leave for a few hours. Remove the tape and cotton balls. Then spray with an Oxy cleaner and launder.

Denatured alchohol will remove the dried linseed oil from metal, just don't get it on any wood.

Some will, some won't. If they are underage, don't even ask.
There are specific fading creams designed to remove these spots, which are subcutaneous and cannot be erased by peroxide or bleach (at least not without killing the skin cells).

Start by removing as much of the pollen as you can without water- shake it out outside or scrape any chunks of pollen. Then pretreat the stain with OxyClean or Shout. Then wash the clothes in hot water.
Throw the clothes in the washer without any detergent and then add about half a cup of ammonia. After it washes the first time, wash again with detergent added.
You probably can't do that easily. However, what you can do is to use a gadget called fabric shaver to remove lint balls on the clothes. It is usually very effective.
