Yes, tuneup utilities is a virus. It tries to delete system32. This happened to me and I had to purchase a new laptop.
you should charge your laptop fully and wait and customize your settings. install some virus blockers and those stuff get used to your laptop and you set.
You should put anti virus software on it first
You can kill it other ways than getting it infected with a virus. I couldn't in good conscious intentionally put a virus on a computer.
Either update your laptop new one because this only happens on old laptops or computers.
a anti virus cannot remove all virus because by the time when your computer is at least infected by 17-20 files, it may become unresponsive leaving the anti virus unable to attack properly. However, it could delete most virus, but new one, as anonymous ones may be created therefore not making the anti virus software to attack and remove.
When you download an Anti-Virus, they will give you a program in .exe file format. When you open it, it should start the installation
nope, its complety safe. my daughter uses it on our "new" laptop, though i bought it 2 years ago. :D
To know your computer infected wth virus, check the following things on your system/desktop/laptop. If your system /laptop/desktop get highly slow down in processes it is because of the virus infection. If the system is not responding, it is one of the virus infection problem. If your system local disk are getting more shortcut of folders with empty or autorun files, it is the cause of Virus. To resolve this problem , You must install a good anti virus ( Recommending Paid version ) for security reasons. And scan the pc with Full System scan or Boot up scan. If your system is not getting resolve or can't remove the virus from your pc then, Re-install your windows with Formatting hard-disk. ( It will completely remove all virus but delete all data which can't recover ), Hope you have an idea with it, Thank you
you can get a new laptop if you have warranty
1. Turn the laptop onto its back 2. remove the battery 3. remove the two screws which attach the CD drive to the laptop with a small Phillips screwdriver 4. gently prize out the CD with a flat screwdriver [before replacing the old CD/CDV drive, you will have to remove 2 small brackets from the it and screw them into the new drive. These brackets enable the new CD drive to be secured back into the laptop]
