just try this
open your task bar by (alt ctrl delete) then end process the password_viewer.exe
then go to C:\WINDOWS
delete the ff.
folder "prefix" (something like that sorry i cant remember the exact naming)
pc-off.bat
password_viewer.exe
note :
make sure your hidden files and folder are "show hidden"
located :
=windows menu bar
=tools
=folder option
=view tab
=then choose the show hidden files and folders
