There is a simple registry tweak out there that allows you to hide the run option from the start menu. Click Start > Run (Assuming you still have run there) > And type in "regedit." Click "OK."
Now you are in your registry editor. Be careful, if you mess up in this serious program, you could prevent your computer from booting. Go to the following directory.
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer\
Now that you are there, right-click the big space on the right. Click New > DWORD Value. Name it NoRun. It IS Case-Sensitive. Make the value 1. You could already be done. If you still see your Run option in your Start Menu, Restart your computer.

only solution u have to remove run cmd from start menu first go to start then right click select properties then go to customize then got to advanced and select remove run

You run the 'dcpromo' command to remove active directory and demote a domain controller to a member server. To remove AD completely you would have to do this process on all domain controllers.
