I'm sorry, but you don't. I use spray paint to stencil images on clothing.
The usual chemical to dissolve spray paint is xylene...there might be others
like MEK, but all of it is poisonous. Spraypaint included. If you attempt to
use a chemical like this on synthetic material, it could dissolve the fabric.
If you are broke, or creative, you could try to match the color, and spray paint
over the spray paint.
You would be better off painting or staining over a cedar fence. It is very difficult to remove as it soaks into the wood.

yes it is possible to spray paint a styrofoam ball. before spray painting a styrofoam ball, you must take a wet papertowel and smoothen out the styrofoam ball with it.
I wouldn't. Suede has a nap to it that paint will make hard. Stain or dye is a better way to go and keeps the suede soft and supple. If you could find a way to remove the nap from areas you want to paint, like some form of embossing, that would work. Otherwise, applique on it or embroider on it to get the color and design.

The mixing of red paint and yellow paint should yield orange so your pigments must be undergoing a chemical change (the molecule is breaking down and reforming)

No it is a verb form, or a plural noun. (The singular "spray" can be used as an adjunct or adjective, e.g. spray deodorant, spray paint.)

Wait for it to dry then scrape it... not that hard... or you could take the risk of messing up your surface and use paint thinner... which is a form of acetone... or you could use plain old acetone...
Curtains are pieces of material that cover a window that form a screen. Curtains are also known as drapery or drapes.
Cave draperies, also known as cave curtains or soda straws, are thin, hollow formations of minerals that hang like curtains from the ceiling of caves. They are typically composed of materials such as calcite or gypsum deposited by dripping water over thousands of years. These delicate formations are often found in limestone caves and can vary in size and shape.
The possessive form of the word auditorium in a sentence that describes the curtains that belong to the auditorium, would be the auditorium's (singular possessive). If you wanted to describe 3 auditoriums with the same curtains, you would write auditoriums' (apostrophe s for plural possessive). The auditorium's curtains were gold with black trim. The auditorium's curtains were gold with black trim in New York City, but two other auditoriums' curtains in Atlanta, George were black with gold trim. I study auditoriums' curtains as a hobby, but I have yet to find one auditorium's curtains have polka dots.
