Loosen all the bolts on the tie rod and the three on the steering arm and the only way i got mine off was with a big 4 foot bar and a sledge hammer and alot of force. you put the bar under the steering arm and pry up. then use the hammer and hit the steering arm( on the top) until the tappered inserts come up.
