This could be very difficult and you should do anything with caution. I would first try to remove the tape by warming it with a hair dryer, enough to soften the adhesive. If this allows you to remove the tape,there may be residue left. I would rub Goo Gone gently on this starting with the least obvious place. Goo gone will not harm most paints, so you should be OK there.

For the shirt: try using some laundry spray that has petroleum in the ingredients--it should remove the stain from the duct tape glue. If the duct tape is still tightly on the wall, get out your laundry iron, and a cloth. This should enable you to heat up the remaining tape so that it will come loose from the wall. Then, use a glue--or goo--remover to remove the remaining amount. Some scraping and elbow grease with fine sandpaper may be necessary.
