take tire off spray penetrating fluid around the center hub i put the lugs back on bolts(as to not mess up the threads on lug bolts) and beat the drum all the wau arround sprayin center as ya go it should loosen eventually.

Begin by removing the break assembly from your 1994 Mercury. Tap on the rear brake drums with a hammer or mallet. The brake drums will become loose and will simply slide off.

Make sure you dont have the parking break on! Hit the drum with a hammer until it loosens. If it does not loosen use a screw driver to pry it off.
