With the bleeder screws
Disc brakes at the top of the caliper Drum brakes at the top of the wheel cylinder
Remove the wheel, the bleeder screws are on the inside on top of the caliper.
The same way you bleed the brakes on any other Dot 3 or Dot 4 brake system vehicle. at the bleeder screws on the cylinders and or calipers
located on each brake caliper/wheel cylinder for drum brakes. have an assistant pump brake pedal several times then hold down. open bleeder valve. repeat on each wheel until only fluid comes out. top off master cylinder as required. I suggest using line wrench on bleeder screws.
Be Careful Doing This. Get A Good Rust Removing Penetrating Spray +++++++++FORGET WD40 This Is Junk. Get CRC Or Another Good Brand. Get A Good Six Point Wrench That Fits The Bleeder Screws. Soak Them Down With The Penetrating Fluid. Several Times. Easily Try To Remove Them, Be Sure Not To Break Them Off. If You Happen To Do So. You Will Have To Replace The Wheel Cylinder. Take Your Time You Should Be OK. GOOD LUCK
i have 2006 endeavor changing brakes do i have to remove the two screws in the rotor to remove so i can have resurfaced
Normally 2 but it depends on the make vehicle.
hood open, view from the front of the motor on your left, passenger of motor to the right of the front valve cover find a brass bleeder screw. To your right, drivers side of motor find where the top rad hose connectes to the termostate housing find an other bleeder screw, remove both screws [DON'T LOSE THESE SCREWS], and top up rad and overflow bottal until coolant runs freely and no bubbles from the bleeder holes , reinstall bleeder screws and tighten to a little more than finger tight. Start motor, normal warm up, check for leaks at bleeder screws!!, and your complete system.
put brake fluid in reservoir and loosen the bleeder screws. step on the brake with the motor running and tighten bleeders before releasing brake pedal. repeat as needed
There are 4 sensors on the 1995 Chevrolet Blazer. The 2 front for the Disc Brakes is behind the rotors on the hub. The inside hub has gears and the sensors are above them. On the rear, where you have Drum Brakes, the sensors are on the back of the Drum Brake Assembly, next to the bleeder screws.
