Bleeder screw for clutch is at the slave cylinder, on the bell housing of the Transmission. The bleeder for the brakes is on the calipers, and on the backing plate of the rear drum brakes
The bleeder valve for the brakes on a 1997 Ford Ranger is located in the brake line where it meets the brake disc. The wheel will have to be removed to access the bleeder screw for drum brakes.
Doesn't have a cooling system bleeder valve.
The same way you bleed the brakes on any other Dot 3 or Dot 4 brake system vehicle. at the bleeder screws on the cylinders and or calipers

Disc brakes? Start at the longer (Right front) Make sure master cylinder is full open bleeder screw at top of the caliper fluid should start to flow (gravity) When fluid is flowing have assistant step on brake pedal approx. 2/3 of travel and hold Tighten bleeder screw Repeat at left front
Either your brakes are sticking or they are adjusted to much.
Contaminated fluid? Frozen calipers?
hand operated vacuum pump . hook up and and apply vacuum and open bleeder and keep applying vacuum then close bleeder. repeat x4
The parking brake cable on a 2005 ford f150 runs under the frame. Where the cable splits off to the wheels there is an adjustment. Tightening the nut will make the brakes tighter.
