Same way as the front. First remove the calipers, then remove the two cross-point screws that hold the caliper in place . finally, remove the rotors and replace.
On most camries you need to remove the wheels, then brake pads, and the calipers. Most camries do not use any screws to hold the rotors, thus when you remove the calipers you should be able to remove rotors without problems.
With the wheel off, remove the calipers, then the rotors just come off.

After you remove the wheels and the calipers and caliper mounts you will need to use an impact screwdriver. They cost about $6 or so. It looks like a nut driver and it uses screwdriver type bits. You put it on the screw and hit it hard with a hammer to loosen the screws. After they are out it is just the reverse to put everything back together. Hope this helps!
