pull out the cd holder in the bottom, and remove 2 7mm screws. pull the entire holder out and move to side (keep the two wires to the accessory plugs intact).
Pull the cup holder out and remove the two 7 mm screws in the back, pointing up.
the entire bezel should now come out.
With the bezel in your hand, remove the two phillips screws holding the slide base in place.
put the new cup holder in place, with one side of the slides engaged. with the holder all the way back, push up until the opposite side slide is engaged.
reassemble
