Take off door handle by using thin flat head screw driver to remove the C clip. Remove part of the door handle. Take off hand rest. Undo he two screws behind it.
Then you need to use your fingers or a tool to prise pull door trim away from the door. There are about 8 plastic studlike things which connect it.
Then grab bottom of door trim and pull it about 2 inches away from the door and push it up. The whole thing will come off.
