The flasher is in the relay panel directly above the fuse block behind the drivers side of the dash
# Disconnect the negative battery cable # Remove the instrument panel center bezel # Remove the mounting screws and pull the radio out of the instrument panel # Disconnect the electrical connectors and the antenna lead and remove the radio from the car
The obdII connector should be on the drivers side of the dash, close to the kick panel. It may be slightly up behind the dash and hard to see.

All of the fuses are located in an interior fuse panel. On a 2004 Hyundai Elantra, this is located on the driver's side behind the little storage compartment.
Look on the driver side inside door panel for recommendations.
Pop off panel, take old speakers out and install new ones
Remove the inside panel from your Hyundai rear door. The wiper motor mechanism will be visible. Remove the wiper motor linkage. Remove the wiper motor wiring harness. Remove the wiper motor retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install the new rear wiper motor.
There are several philips-head screws to remove around the bottom and back, then it is mostly a matter of pulling firmly without breaking the (plastic) panel. A door panel on a 2005 Hyundai Accent is mounted with screws and clips. Loosen all the mounting screws. Pull the panel outward and pop out the clips. Remove the door panel.
