If the set up is the same as in a 2003 Envoy with the vents directly above the radio, that panel is one piece and should come off by grabbing the top of both vent holes with hands and pulling the panel towards you away from dash. Once panel is off, disconnect wires any wires and panel should completely be removed. Unscrew bolts by factory radio and pull out unit and unplug wiring harness.
There is a frame around the radio that can be remove with a screw driver. Once this is remove you will be able to see four screws that need to be removed.

Remove the 2002 Dodge Durango factory stereo decorative cover. Remove the factory stereo retaining screws. Pull the factory stereo out. Remove the wiring harness and the antenna cable from the back of the stereo.

There are 2 BCM's on my 2002 GMC Envoy. The first in under the left side of the rear seat. (This is the one I had to change on mine) The second is in the rear liftgate. You'll have to remove the panel to get access to it.

To remove the shroud off of a 2002 Envoy, grasp the shroud on the left side and pull down. Listen for a snap, this is the retaining clip releasing. Pull down on the right side. Once the right retaining clip releases, the shroud is ready to remove.
