Buy the repair manual (Haynes, CHilton, Ford Factory). Remove the wheel. Remove the caliper. Remove the disc retaining screw. Pull off the disc.

There should be 2 screws on the front of the rotor, remove those and the rotor should come right off....you also have to take off the caliper bracket.
You remove the wheels, remove the brake caliper and the rotor is then free .
