Since the question is fairly broad (not indicating whether manual or electric seats, with or without side airbags, which model Solara etc) the answer will have to be the same. Seat attachment is similar in all cars. A seat track is bolted to the floor. For the Gen II Solara (Gen I may be the same) you just pop off (4) plastic covers at the front and rear of the track which will expose the mounting bolts. Loosen those bolts and remove the seat. Now some caveats. If you have a Gen II Solara you probably also have an airbag mounted in the seat back. That needs to be disabled so you don't get a face full of airbag. Disconnect the battery before trying to remove the seats. Seatbelts also use a small explosive device as a pretensioner. The same caution applies but seatbelt retractor assemblies shouldn't be messed with. Also leave the electrical connectors alone or risk turning on the SRS light on the dashboard which can be annoying until it's reset. If you have an electrically adjustable seat, there will be connectors under the seat that have to be disconnected before the seat can be removed. Cheers

Should be 4 bolts (one in each corner)
Each seat has 4 nuts attaching to the floor. Just remove those nuts. Also do not forget about wires underneath of the seats especially if you have power seats.
