How do you remove the front tire on a 2001 Hyundai XG300. I have removed the lug nuts and it doesn't seem to want to move?

Put the lug nuts back on finger tight. Let the car down off the jack. Now back them off about 2 full turns. Now turn the steering wheel several times all the way to the left and then to the right. This should break the the wheel loose from the rim. Put the car back up on the jack stand and remove the lug nuts. The tire should come right off.
