Remove the retaining screws from the headlight assembly. Remove the wiring harness from the back of the headlight. The headlight will come out. Reverse the process to install the new headlight.
I don't know about 95, but on the 94, you have to take out the whole light assembly from the front. Take off the cover inside the hood from the top, expose the headlight bolts, remove the headlight. Good lucK!

To remove the fog lamp, you would simply need to remove the cover next to the fog light. You can remove the screw that's under the cover and other side that's held in by a clip.

1) Unplug the wire to the headlight. 2) Remove black rubber piece surrounding the headlight bulb. Can be hard to remove, just pull gently. 3) ... This is what threw me off... The clip that holds the bulb is supposed to be pulled to the side (to unlatch it), then pushed towards the engine. (I thought it needed to be pushed down, but it doesn't. Hope that helps!
Remove the cover of the parking break handle. On the back (opposite the button you push to release) there is a little nut to tighten and loosen.
On the 2000 es 300, remove the screw that connects the turn signal plastic cover to the main headlight cover, the turn signal cover can then be removed by pushing forward, there is a clip that will release and the cover comes loose. Disconnect the lamp holder by rotating counter clock wise, then the bulb is exposed. Check the bulb and contacts, replace bulb if needed. Check the operation before re installing the turn signal cover. To access the screw, you have to first remove the plastic moulding across the front of the engine compartment under the hood.
