Remove top radiator cover remove top grill bolts. use pliers to remove clips holding the grill. remove headlights. there are two bolts up top abd 1 behind the inner fender linner. remove horn.
reinstall in revers order.

To get to it, you must remove the headlight by removing the 2 or 3 screws and then pulling it straight forward away from the truck. Instead of the single or dual prong connectors, it has a dual circular connector so your choices of "plug in" horns will be limited.
