If it is the same as the 2010 Silverado, there is only one horn which is located in the below the drivers side front headlight. To get to it, you must remove the headlight by removing the 2 or 3 screws and then pulling it straight forward away from the truck. The horn is held in by a single screw but be forwarned -- the horn has a new style connector. Instead of the single or dual prong connectors, it has a dual circular connector so your choices of "plug in" horns will be limited.
