There is a series of screw in studs and you have to remove them all and then bend out the arch liner.
zafira alarm is fitted inside drivers side wheel arch. whip off front wheel d/s remove inner wheel arch cover, hay presto..theres the little s**t..
Its under the headlight, in the front of the wheel arch on the Right hand side of the car. You need to remove the inner wheel arch guard and you will be able to see it tucked under the headlight.
Remove drivers side front wheel. Remove inner plastic wheel arch/guard. The crankshaft pulley is now visible To the right hand-side of the pulley is the crankshaft sensor
If you meant vectra you have to remove front bumper and plastic inner wheel arch then disconnect terminal from pump then unbolt
To change a headlight on an 08 plate astra, you need to go in through the wheel arch with the streering lock full on.
Remove OSF wheel, secure vehicle on axle stands, now remove the inner wheel arch cover, which is secured by trim clips which are removed with a screwdriver and long nose pliers. On the forward edge of the wheelarch is a no 20 torx screw, there also two more under the front bumper, remove these and remove inner wheel arch cover. You can now see the washer bottle at the front of the wheel arch. you can just about get to the washer pump, but it is a lot easier to remove the 10mm bolt that secures the innermost side of the washer bottle from within the wheelarch, the washer bottle will now have some movement and you can now easily pry out the pump from the grommet, remove the hoses and disconnect the electrical supply. instal new pump and reverse above to replace
At rear of ns inner wheel arch
the oil filter is under the drivers side wheel arch, its easier to take the wheel off to get access to it that way you have no restrictions
Hi turn the wheels on full lock there is a flap in the wheel arch you access the head light bulbs there.
problem sometimes in wiring harness from drivers front wheel to inner wheel arch
remove the near side bumper bolts and the wheel arch cover and then you will see one bolt hidden far side of the arch and the other down by the lights when you carefully prise the bumper away. once bolts are undone remove the water hose from the top of the bottle and it should pull through :) make sure the pump is not in the bottle as could make it more difficult.
