there might be some squres by the door handel pull them out then at the bottom tack a flat squedriver and pull the bottom out and sides then lift up and it should come off

Tire size can be found on a placard on the inside of the glove compartment door or on the driver's door jamb below the lock striker. Also in the owners manual. You do have a manual? Any car for sale that doesn't have the owners manual and the maintenance records should be suspect.
