not 100% sure that the surface underneath wont have holes, but get fishing wire or like a screw driver flat head remove it.. if there no holes sikk no worries just polish it, otherwise fark bro
The rear door trim can be removed by using a flat head screwdriver to gently pry outward on the trim. Begin at one and of the trim and work forward.

The inside door trim is held in place by several retaining clips. Pry outward on each retaining clip to remove the trim.

Can you get inside the car and remove the interior panel of the door that is stuck ? If you can remove that panel you will be able to manually pull the door catch (And then open the door and have the door latch fixed properly)
