Open the engine hood. Remove the plastic covers. Remove the air intake housing. MAF sensor in located right in the middle of the air intake housing. The MAF is mounted on the hose, unscrew the hose clamp to remove the MAF out of the intake housing. Be careful to disconnect two electronic connectors, the left side (Driver side) is the MAF sensor, and the right side (passenger side) is the temperature sensor. weijen_hsu@yahoo.com
It is located at the rear of the engine under the black air box. Black round sensor with a electrical connector connected to it.
It is in the middle of the air intake manifold, after the plastic covers are removed. The MAF sensor is located under the filter housing. It is located in the middle of the two filters.
Removal & Installation (4.6L & 5.4L) 1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. 2. Release the air cleaner clamp and separate the air cleaner halves. 3. Remove the grommet from the air cleaner housing and slide the grommet down the hardness. 4. Remove the (MAF) sensor plate and (MAF) sensor from the air cleaner. 5. Detach the (MAF) sensor from the harness. 6. Remove the retaining nuts and remove the (MAF) sensor. 7. Installation is the reverse of removal.
by transmition and engine remove the airfilter box and the Maf under Maf right side under all the wire and maf hose upside down you will only see the connector and screw check the pitchure of CPS also you need a dentist mirror Can I get picyure. Please.

The air intake tmeperature (AIT) sensor location is in the MAF sensor that is attached to your Stock airbox and intake. It is the the small amber teardrop you see when you remove the MAF sensor.
First item to check is the MAF sensor. Buy cleaner from NAPA like CRC MAF cleaner. Follow the directions to clean the sensor.
The truck was still throttle body injection in 1995. They didn't use a MAF sensor.
