How do you remove back seat on 2002 Mercedes c240?

first remove the bottom section by depressing the two orange catches at the front of the seat lift up and remove ,the rear section is bolted at the bottom of the seat,remove bolts and lever seat upwards.

Depending what you're intending to do with your door, you will always have to be careful in this process. You will need several tools. You will need a door panel remover (or a wide flat steel putty knife, a torx set as you will need these to remove the bolts and a small flat head screw driver. to begin, you'll want to remove the actual plastic handle trim piece by carefully looking towards the bottom part of the handle. You will see a little slit where you will inset the screw driver. Gently, pull it towards and into the direction of the middle of the car. Next, you will need your torx set to start removing the bolts. there are two in the handle, 1 at top of handle base and 2, at bottom of handle base. Next, remove the torx bolts from the latch/lock that are attached to the door being carefull not to lose them. Lastly, you will need the door panel remover to to start detatching the trim snaps that secure the panel to the actual door. Start from the outer edge and apply even pressure and being carefull as not to tear the leather or breaking the actual panel. There are several snaps, but once you get the first one out you can pretty much pull the panel by hand as not to damage it. I have done this with success several times to replace speakers, a window regulator jaw, a door lock pin mechanism and an actual window regulator. However, be very carefull as I cannot assume any responsibility for carlesness on your part.

In the trunk, just above the felt on the backrest, there should be two plastic panels, one on the left and one on the right. Remove the panels (5" X 3" approx.) and there should be latches. Simply insert a screwdriver into each slot and push the driver to the right, moving the latch left and releasing it. The seat will lift out easily.

Thier is two plastic tabs on either side of seat u need to unscrew them to unlock them. then just pull up to release lock.
