you have to remove all the bolts under the hood and under the bottom wheel well there is 2 bolts u have to remove hiden right in between the fender and the side skirt
if you open the hood, you can see the fender crimped into the hood and along the crimp there are bolts, 3-5 cant remember, undo those, open the passenger door,. and there might be bolts in the space between door and fender. just do some poking around and you will be able to find the right ones to remove.
You can find your 1988 Acura Integra starter on the right hand side of the engine. You can follow the positive battery cable directly to the starter.
right next to the fuse box
it should be right below the steering wheel
front right part of the under the hood
right under your distributor down a little lower.
follow your lower radiator hose to where it connects to the engine block remove that hose and there u go thermostat will be inside the thermostat housing right underneath
That engine would fit any Honda civic 88-00 with the right motor mounts, and will fit right in into any other Acura integra
Look to the right of the steering wheel... It's the red triangle button.
..If it is stickshift it doesnot have a dipstick...AUTOMATIC HAS ONE RIGHT BELOW THE DIST....
If timing is bad on a 1990 Acura Integra they car will either run incredibly rough out not at all. To fix the timing be sure to correctly align the distributor to the right factory specified degree.
