you must remove the taillight, interior from the right rear side, take the nuts off that hold the outside panel on that is over the track that the door rides on, on bolt the roller from the top and bottom of the door, slide the door backwards toward the rear and the door will come off with the center roller attached to the door. If you haven't had a response as of yet. NO - you do not have to take the entire door off. I have the same issue and there is a stop at the end of the rail slide that you can remove to change roller assy. You will have to have something to prop the door up with though if you remove the rear portion from the rail. Enjoy!
