Use your anti-virus software to do a system scan, and wait until it's finished. If it said that one or over one viruses have been found, click the details button, and see if it found a virus in the letter your hard drive is assigned. Delete the virus.
if it does not say that you have a virus and you know it has one you could copy the things that you need onto a computer and then format the disk then copy the files back once its done, but make sure that you don't put the infected file on your computer or hard drive again.
