For the 3.3 & 3.8L, it is on the pass-side before the crank-shaft.
You can access it from above.
Remove tension from the belt.
Use a 10mm short socket to remove bolts from pulley .
remove bolts attaching pump to block.
Replace as directed.
Pretty simple fix.
