remove the near side bumper bolts and the wheel arch cover and then you will see one bolt hidden far side of the arch and the other down by the lights when you carefully prise the bumper away. once bolts are undone remove the water hose from the top of the bottle and it should pull through :) make sure the pump is not in the bottle as could make it more difficult.

On the washer tank, located in the front left wing of the car. To get to it, you need to remove the front bumper and the front left wheel arch lining and the pump is located on the back of the tank.

Assuming the pump is good, just use a needle to unclog the spray ports. If that does not work remove them and place them in boiling water. This will remove and wax that has clogged the ports. Do not do this if they are plastic.
