Check the nozzle end where the water is supposed to come out, chances are it is clogged.
If it is removable, take it off and clean it out so you can see through the hole, if not poke through the hole with something small like a sewing needle
Either the water bottle is stopped up.(the cap on the bottom of the bottle) Or the pump is out of it. I think you will find the pump is out of it since that seems to be a problem with most of them! how do you get to the pump?, the bottom of the spout of the filled container is giving out water.

You haven't said 'repair it from what' . In general, I would rub over the scratch or whatever with the finest possible 'wet 'n dry' paper and soapy water. When your fingertips cannot detect the difference between new and old finish, then repaint with the spray.
