it is advised not to repair nozzles unless it is done by a specialist as these nozzles generate the shape of the flame so as to not burn through the GT combustor housing or disrupt the laminar flow of air in the GT which may lead to excessive vibration and of course catastophic failure
nozzle fouling, restricted cooling, component wear
Hot Gas Path Inspection [HGPI] is well known in Power Plants based on Gas Turbine [GT]. Normally, HGPI executed each 24000 Running hour; provided that the GT is operated in ideal condition [natural gas as fuel, base load operation etc]. In HGPI, the total path of hot gas [hot gas produced in combustion chamber] is inspected. That is Fuel Nozzle -> Combustion Liners -> Transition Piece -> Turbine Blades
The gas (working fluid) having flown through the turbine does some work on the turbine, converting its thermal energy into mechanical work produced by the turbine and coming out as an expanding gas with lower temperature and pressure.
1. The working gas is compressed in compressor and directed towards the heat exchanger (Air heater), where heat is being added to the compressed gas before it enters the turbine. 2. The heat is supplied by an external source such as a nuclear reactor, or some other heat source. 3. The hot gasses then expend and accelerate through a nozzle which drive the guide vanes of the turbine and then shaft. 4. At last, the remaining exhaust gasses pass through a cooler and directed towards the compressor inlet.
My dadd uses turbine to heat the gas of hiss engine after he stopped at the gas stop and didn't find any gas left. ( This may be a weird looking sentence for turbine, but at least I got an A on it. )
TurboCare is one of the better gas turbine repair places on the internet. They should have any information you need and will hopefully be able to repair your gas turbine. I've used TransCanada Turbines in the past for my gas turbine repair. Check their website for more information.
Is to check all parts related with hot gas path, for example,in th gas turbine we need to check the fuel nozzle, turbine blades,liners,etc..
in reaction turbine pressure compounding is employed as every stage has a set of nozzle ring nozzle control is not feasible.
nozzle fouling, restricted cooling, component wear
Steam turbine nozzle clearance is the total energy content available in steam. This is through a valve.
It sends hot gases from the combustion chamber to the 1st stage turbine blades at the correct angle and speed
Turbojets consist of an air inlet, an air compressor, a combustion chamber, a gas turbine (that drives the air compressor) and a nozzle. The air is compressed into the chamber, heated and expanded by the fuel combustion and then allowed to expand out through the turbine into the nozzle where it is accelerated to high speed to provide propulsion.
turbine stator (nozzle diaphragm)
A turbojet consists of an air inlet, an air compressor, a combustion chamber, a gas turbine and a nozzle. Through this constructions, the turbojets provide power to an aircraft when the air is compressed into the chamber, heated and expanded by the fuel combustion and then allowed to expand out through the turbine into the nozzle where it is accelerated to high speed to provide propulsion.

$$ to the gas station owner 1) If you go through insurance about $750. 2) If you pay them in cash, about $150
