you need to check the fuse box or need a new window kit
This worked for me on my grand prix. My mechanic told me to get someone to hold the button either up or down while you hit the door where you think the motor is. It took me about 12 hits before my window would roll up. It saved the interior of my car until i could get a new window motor.
It is not a button. It is the combination of ALT+CTRL+DEL that opens Windows Task manager.
With the ignition key turned on but not engine running, Hold the power button down for a full three seconds when window is in door. Then raise the window holding the button up; when it is fully closed keep holding the button for a full three seconds. Repeat putting the window down, hold three seconds, raising window down hold three seconds a second time. Turn off ignition and turn back on try to close window by just hitting the button like you would do regularly.
Sounds like the window regulator. Mine did the same thing changed that and no more problems, it cost about 75.00 for the part.
