The cheapest and easiest would probably to install a floor shifter. If you don't want to do that, you would have to almost completely dismantle the steering column.

For floor shift transmissions you will find a small panel above the "P" symbol. Using something small you will pry it off. You will then find a little button, depressing the button will allow the car to get out of park without pushing the brake pedal. For the column shift type you will have the same process, just the button being on the steering column.
