catalysts are not fixable... you replace it...
but first make sure there is no more simple (and cheaper) solution... if your car stinks i would check the O2 sensors, MAF, test for fuel pressure issues (bad fuel pump - you have 2 of them; one goes bad and car smells like rotten eggs) or the fuel-air-ratio in the ECM is right... especially if a new MAF was installed...
