It's electronic, little to be done if its actually faulty, but it can lose it's center position making it harder to turn one way than the other or putting the steering wheel off center. There are ways to reset it, shorting pins whilst turning the wheel etc., But its far easyier to take it to a competent Honda garage where they plug a box in and do it in seconds, usually for the price of a pint.
The S2000 has electronic power steering hence no power steering fluid.

There is no device on a Honda that is refered to as a fuel reset switch. On the S2000 fuel pump power is controlled by the PGM-FI main relay 2.
