The best option is probably to replace the entire starter.
Most likely severe overheating, or no engine oil is left in the oil pan. It could also be that your starter does not work, which is an easy repair.
If the starter is spinning but not catching, the problem lies in the starter drive (also called bendix). You will either have to replace the starter or repair it by replacing the bendix.

The starter is located on the passenger side of the car in back of the front tire, trace the battery cable down and you will see the starter. Its held in with two bolts.
