first, u have to take all the ds chips out. go to the start page, look at the bottom one, click the middle one. then there is gonna be 4 icons. u click the last icon (yellow one) and you have touch the place where it shows u to touch. after all u touch, ur ds would be fixed! hoped it helps!

Taking care of your DS would be not dropping it and stuff like that, and the action replay card shouldn't be taken out, or else the AR card gets messed up and that probably happened with yours
