If you can get the oil pan off, you can get replace the bearings. Basically, remove the pan and start removing the rod caps (one at a time!!!) once you get it off, you can replace the lower bearing half easy enough. to replace the upper, you will need to slowly rotate the crankshaft at the pulley bolt.as it spins with the cap off, the upper bearing will become loose allowing you to remove it and install new.
There is a lot more to it than just replacing the bearings. There is a good chance the rods will be out of round. If they are, you WILL end up spinning one of your new bearings.
