The removal of the climate control system in your dash varies depending on whether or not you have a manual climate control system or an automatic one. YouTube actually has a couple really good videos on how to remove these:

Basically, for the manual one, you need to remove the knobs, and then remove the screws that are on the two outer knobs. Then pull out the faceplate and disconnect. The bulbs are on the backside.

For the automatic one, you need to remove the radio, and then pull out the system (should just pop out). Then either disconnect it or pull it out enough to reach the bulbs.

The bulbs are different for each (the automatic ones are much longer), but are removed in the same fashion--just use a thin flathead to turn and remove. Replace, and reverse instructions to reinstall.
