its simple on the v8 loosen the tensioner and pull off the belt.. to replace if you dont have a belt routing diagram buy your belt from a napa store and they should be able to give you a diagram
You can't, the belt is called a serpentene belt, you have to replace the belt.

Remove your idler pulley first. it is the pulley right next to the alternator.
