Drain the coolant, remove all lines to the radiator.... not all that familiar with that model, so there is a possibility that you might have to remove the hood... remove the braces, unbolt the radiator from the bottom, lift it out with an overhead crane. Remove the casing from the radiator, install the casing around the new radiator, installation is the opposite of removal.

The highest point on a Freightliner Columbia will typically be the exhaust system, which may be up to 13'6 high, and regardless of sleep height, that constitutes the overall height of the power unit itself.
You probably have a bad speedometer switch.
Faulty vehicle speed sensor.
I could probably give you an answer, if there were a question to be interpreted from there somewhere.
My mechanic replaced the heater core in my columbia. He removed most of the plastic interior dash panels starting with the large upper dash panel. Once you get enough plastic out of the way you'll find it. Be prepared to replace some of the cheap plastic bits and pieces in the process as you'll probably find them cracked. Mine is a 2007 model. The core is near the center to the right a little. Make sure you drain the radiator first as the core is part of the cooling system and likely doesn't have a shut off tap to isolate it.
On the left side of the engine.
Somewhere between 16,500 and 18,000, depending on specifics.
