To change the radiator you need to remove the top radiator cover bolts drain the radiator drain plug on the bottom. next remove the top and bottom radiator hoses. Next remove the steel lines going to the radiator and then take it out. be care full when you install the new one not to strip or cross thread the steel lines, I would start them first by hand and after you have both started well you can tighten them up. Put on the bottom hose and tighten and you can fill it part way at the top hose or fill it at the over flow tank, this is a sealed radiator with no cap on it just the over flow be sure to install all the hoses and lines and the cover as needed. If you fill at the overflow tank you will need to start it, let it get to running temp and shut it off to cool and suck the fluid from the tank, repeat as needed. DO NOT DRIVE IT UN TILL THE RADIATOR IS FULL OR YOU CAN DO ALOT OF DAMAGE OVERHEATING IT!!! Its not as bad as it sounds, just take your time.

The best way to do this is to visit a mechanic. There is a lot that goes on with the radiator and it can be a mess if you do it wrong.
