It's very easy to replace a water pump on a 94 T&C with a 3.8L
jack up the front passenger side of the vehicle ( using the body jack for max room) remove the tire, then remove the plastic panel on the wheel well that protects the engine ( be sure to put it back on later, you may have to use some new bolts, I use self tapping garage door bolts). The water pump is right there, remove the belts and hoses and five bolts that hold the water pump in place and your half-way done. Replace any of those little hoses that don't look good and reassemble.
