the relay is part of the wiper motor assembly. if the fuses are good, and there is voltage at the motor, then you must replace the motor

Yes, there is a fuse for the windshield wiper motor on a 1996 Toyota Camry. It can be found in the diagram of the fuses in the maintenance manual or the owners manual.

My windshield wiper just stopped moving, I can hear and feel the motor working but the blades dont move.? How do you get to it, looks like you have to remove the cowl and then maybe you can see if something is un-hooked or broke, anyone have a clue?
The wiper motor has a switch inside of it. When they are turned off and the wipers go to the down position it trips the switch in the motor that tells the computer they are in the down position. If that switch in the motor is faulty, the wipers are repositioning until the switch is tripped to the off position. THE FIX.... Replace the wiper motor.
Under the hood in the middle of the bulkhead
It is usually locate on the firewall between the engine and the driving compartment. Read the owner's manual to understand where the wiper motor is located.
The 1996 Chevrolet Caprice windshield wiper motor can be found on the firewall in the engine compartment. It should not have anything the do with the fan motors.
The wiper motor doesn't turn off until the wiper arm gets to the "park" location. If the wiper motor never detects park, the wipers will stay running.
The wiper motor is located on the passenger side firewall. It has a black round part to the bottom of it, the wires are connected to the top, and it is mounted directly to the firewall with 4 screws.
The fuse for the wiper motor in a 1996 Dodge 1500 truck would be in the fuse box. It would be located in the interior fuse box of the car.
I think you're looking in the wrong place. Remove the two black grills the wiper arms poke out of. Remove the plastic sheet glued to the white panel near that driver side wiper arm. The motor is right there. Remove the three screws. Remove the little locking gizmo on the BOTTOM of the shaft - poke a screw driver onto the bottom part of it, spread it apart, then push it off the shaft perpendicar to the shaft. Don't lose it. Replace the Motor.
To replace the wiper control switch in the 1996 Honda Civic, you must remove the steering wheel. With the wheel out of the way , remove the column covers and disconnect the electrical harness from the wiper switch. Remove respective screws and slide replacement switch into place. Replace respective screws, column cover and steering wheel.
The wiper motor is located on the firewall on the passenger side. Basically if you could reach thru the glove box you would fin it on the other side. There are 4 bolts holding it to the firewall. Unhook the wiring harness and undo the 4 bolts. It is connected to the wiper assembly on the other side of the firewall. To access this you must remove the black plastic piece at the base of the windshield. The one that the wiper blades emerge from. There isa single nut you must remove to release the motor from the linkage. You may have to tap the linkage with a hammerand screwdriver to get it off of the motor. That is all.
YES BUT. YOU SHOULD USE THE 1996 CRANKSHAFT AND THE 1996 INTAKE SO YOU NEED TO DISASEMBLE BOTH ENGINE TO DO ONE
read owners manual for info
Just above the strut top, passenger side under the hood
Probably because the park switch in the motor is bust. This supplies the motor with electricity (after you switch off the wiper) until the wipers are parked (i.e. returned to off position).
