How do you replace an inner headlight on a 2001 xj8 Jag?

Remove the bulb and simply pull the headlamp out, you need to give it a good yank or get a lever behing the lamp to pry it out, it is just held in by three round plastic gromits that pull free. I have just done this on my 1999 XJ8 so i assume it will be the same.
