buy a haynes manual and follow the instructions

or, follow the exhaust pipes until you find the sensors (there are 2 of them) they screw in and have a thin wire running out of them. follow the wire to the nearest connection, disconnect it and turn the sensor out of the pipe. if it's really rusted, use tons of penetrant - WD 40 or the like. You absolutely don't want the sensor so snap or the threats to get damaged.
